Won’t start and cooling fan constantly runs.

Good morning,

I am having issues with my 2015 XG500. I swapped the battery and when I put the main fuse back in, the cooling fan turns in immediately. With or without the key in. When I put the key in, it does not do the normal diagnostic. It won’t crank either. The only light on the speedometer that is in on and working is the gas light.

I’ve tried to unhook and reinstall the battery, I’ve checked the fuses (is there another place to look then the main panel?), I am at a loss right now.
