Found a small puddle of oil on the floor under my bike today. I guess it's now officially a Harley. 2800 Miles and weeping from the center seam in the crankcase. I'm afraid to take it in since they will have to split the cases to change the gasket. An inept technician can cause far worse problems than a little weeping oil. Reminds me of the old standard Harley joke: What's it mean when a Harley isn't leaking oil? It's empty.

You only need to worry if it's coming out of the bottom faster than you can put it in the top, ask any old Royal Enfield rider ;)

The oil is coming from the output shaft. I ordered (and paid for) a new seal, o-ring, and sleeve from the dealer about three weeks ago. No sign of parts yet. Should be a warranty repair, but I didn't want my bike sitting in the dealers shop when I could be riding. I also ordered a new belleville spring washer for the pulley bolt, to ensure adequate bolt-lock tension.
